As part of our continued efforts to keep your business productive, when our engineers are on-site they will usually be given time to sort out any “niggly” little problems that might be annoying you that perhaps don’t warrant a separate call-out.
However, we can also offer structured, planned maintenance through “Preventative Health-Check” days on a scheduled basis, where a planned or controlled approach could be advantageous.
Although called “Health-Check Days”, this time is entirely flexible and may be used for projects, consultancy, installation or any other (reasonable) engineering work you may need doing.
Alternatively, you can actually use them for Health-Checks, where we ensure that all current system updates, anti-virus software, Security patches, directories and applications are at suitable revisions, and that your Systems are working at peak performance.
However even if you don’t have scheduled Health-Checks, and we haven’t been on-site for some time, we may call you and arrange to “drop-in” at your convenience for an hours’ “Check-up”.
Most users over time build up an unwelcome collection of little niggling problems on their systems, and an hour spent with one of engineers can easily clear up these unwanted distractions.
As a result, these visits have become colloquially (and affectionately) known as “Niggle-Days”, and have become a firm favourite amongst our customers since their introduction in 2005.Show me a sample quotation
