Parts

You can choose to have the provision and the cost of fitting replacement parts built into your contract.

The cost of “Parts Cover” is based upon average failure rates for each particular build of computer, the cost of the parts for that make and fair wear and tear in a commercial environment.
These failure rates are then factored down based on the ability of EvEnt to process qualifying parts as “exchange modules” from the manufacturer.

Certain manufacturers do not allow us to keep stock of their parts, preferring to rotate a small pool of their own. The problem with this situation is that they themselves can then also suffer from supply constraints which can impact on us.

 

When necessary, EvEnt has workshop facilities to enable us to carry out compenent-level repairs. This keeps costs down and older equipment still running.

 

Support Modules

Every customers’ needs are different, so for this reason we provide a number of “Support Modules” from which you can assemble a personalised “Support Package” that best suits your requirements and budget.

The Modules can also be varied between different Users or Equipment.

You can take as many or as few as your business needs dictate, balanced against the risks you face.

Within reason that can also be varied throughout the life of your contract to reflect the dynamics of your business.
