Explanation of Support Services

The starting point for any support service will be a quotation.
Our quotations are produced in a standard form with each item of equipment shown on it's own separate line along with the support options on that kit and their itemised costs.

If a price is missing, it is either because that option has not been asked for, or is irrelevant
(e.g. teleCARE is not offered on monitors because the teleCAREservice for the connected computer covers it already.)

Applications support is listed one line per User, usually with either the name of the user to which it applies, or something generic like ”Freelancer 1” entered.

Each column represents the service option (and cost) for that individual line item of equipment or software support, and allows great latitude in composing and fine-tuning the options for maximum benefit.

In the far right-hand column is the total cost for that Line item.
