Your call will be answered by an engineer who will be able to start work immediately on your problem.
Through either VPN, Apple Remote Desktop or Web-Based access tools, we can remotely (and temporarily) take control of an end-users system to enable fast turnarounds on solutions without the need to wait for an on-site engineer to arrive.
Using these technologies, it is not unusual for us to be able to fix 70% of problems in less than half an hour.
Every customers’ needs are different, so for this reason we provide a number of “Support Modules” from which you can assemble a personalised “Support Package” that best suits your requirements and budget.
The Modules can also be varied between different Users or Equipment.
